I have never had Arthur Bryant's (yet) BBQ, but every time I visit KC, it's brought up as somewhere to possibly eat. Go earlier cause I am sure all the good stuff sells out fast. Also, the sides aren't too bad either. Try their coleslaw, potato casserole, and baked beans, all must-try dishes.

If you ever get a chance to visit KC and you want rue, authentic Kansas City BBQ, this is the place to get the best, and it's nationally endorsed as well.
