Four people face charges in the shooting death of Rashone Humphrey.

Quincy Police say 20-year-old Steson Crider of Chandler Arizona is in custody in Maricopa County, Arizona on suspicion of first degree murder. Crider was arrested at 2:30 this (SUN) morning at a motel in Mesa, Arizona by U.S. Marshals. His bond is set at five million dollars.

Crider's parents, 40-year-Stefon Crider II and 39-year-old Julia Crider were arrested in Springfield, Illinois early this morning by U.S. Marshals. They each face four counts of conspiracy to obstruct justice. Also charged with conspiracy to obstruct justice.

Still at large is 24-year-old Stefon Crider III of Quincy. Quincy Police Chief Rob Copley indicates they do not believe Crider is in the Quincy area at this time.

The arrests follow the shooting death of 12-year-old Rashone Humphrey March 28 in the 1100 block of North Fifth. Adams County Sheriff's deputies, Illinois State Police and U.S. Marshals assisted.

Copely says the investigation is still ongoing.
