Criminal Sexual Assault Arrest

A sexual assault complaint from November of 2019 results in the arrest of a Quincy man.

Quincy Police arrested 32 year old Malcolm Thomas on charges of criminal sexual assault in rural Adams County and in the 100 block of North Fifth in Quincy. The arrest follows a joint investigation by Adams County Sheriff’s deputies.
