Quincy Bar Owner Charged Following Incident At The Barn
Late Wednesday afternoon, the Adams County States Attorney Office announced that they are filing a one count information against Steven Homan for the offense of Aggravated Battery, a class 3 felony.
According to the press release, the charges are filed from an alleged altercation that happened on April 6 at The Barn in Quincy including the owner Steve Homan, and Quincy University Student Jazzpher
