Listeria is a serious food contamination issue that is especially dangerous for pregnant women, the elderly or anyone with a compromised immune system. The CDC website has more listeria facts and symptoms to watch out for that may indicate that you've eaten something contaminated. Fever, flu-like symptoms, headaches and a stiff neck are just a few things to watch out for.

Highly advised that you check out the complete list of labels provided by the FDA to make sure you don't have some of these recalled meats that could be contaminated with listeria.
