Both drivers sustained minor injuries late Monday afternoon when a semi hit a tractor on Illinois 336 near Loraine.

Adams County Sheriff’s deputies say a semi driven by 60-year-old Robert Burnett of Quincy rear ended a farm tractor operated by 20-year-old Connor Miller of Ursa.

Deputies say Miller was thrown from the tractor as it rolled over. Miller and Burnett were taken to Blessing Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

A lengthy lane closure resulted to allow for removal of the vehicles and debris. Burnett is charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
