This is the weekend you get back the hour of sleep you lost last spring.

Most of the country “falls back” tonight as Daylight Saving Time ends and Standard Time returns, officially at 2 a.m. Sunday.

So, be sure to turn your clocks back one hour before you go to bed tonight or at 2 a.m. Sunday – whichever comes first.

Daylight time returns the second weekend in March.
