A Hannibal man is being charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance following his arrest on June 17.

According to the Hannibal Police Department, 27-year-old Eric S. Pulsifer was arrested on an ex parte violation. Police say that during the arrest, drug paraphernalia and substances believed to be methamphetamine were found during a search.

A warrant issued on Saturday, June 20, by the Circuit Court of Marion County charges Pulsifer with two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Pulsifer is lodged in the Marion County Jail on $50, 00.00 cash only bond.
