Gutter Repair Scam Reported in Quincy

Quincy Police are investigating a gutter repair scam.

Police took a complaint from an elderly Quincy resident Wednesday who was reportedly scammed by three individuals claiming to be gutter repairmen. The police report says one of the suspects gained access to the house and stole an item of significant value. The suspects are described as white males driving a truck. One of the suspects is a white male in his 60’s with white hair and a white goatee. A second individual is described as a heavy set white male with dark hair and a short beard.

Quincy Police ask that you contact them if subjects unexpectedly come to your house offering home repair services.
