Garth Brooks has revealed plans for his first performances in Detroit in more than 18 years. The superstar and his wife, Trisha Yearwood, are set to perform in the Motor City in February of 2015.

The concerts are scheduled to take place at the Joe Louis Arena on Friday, Feb. 27 at 7PM and Saturday, Feb. 28 at 7PM. Tickets will go on sale Friday, Dec. 19 at 10AM ET. There will be an eight ticket limit per purchase. Seats will be available at Ticketmaster, by calling 1-800-745-3000 or Ticketmaster Express at 1-866-448-7849. There will be no sales at the venue box office or Ticketmaster outlets on Dec. 19.

Brooks recently passed a huge milestone on his massive comeback world tour, selling a million total tickets in just over four months. The shows have been selling out multiple nights in every market he plays, and the country icon also released a new album, 'Man Against Machine,' in November.
