A free parenting workshop regarding your rights and what to ask for in an individualized education program, or IEP, will be held on Thursday, February 24. The workshop, provided by Equip for Equality, will be presented by Attorney Mike Shey and will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the large meeting room at the Quincy Public Library.
