An endangered person advisory in Lewis County is cancelled.

Lewis County deputies took Janelle Min into custody Tuesday. Deputies say a child Min removed from a Ewing residence without permission was located unharmed and is safe.

Deputies say Min took her son from his maternal grandparents home Monday without permission following a court appearance. Records indicate Min was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

Lewis County Sheriff’s deputies say Juhl Min was taken from his maternal grandparents home by his mother—Janelle Min—without permission. Lewis County Sheriff’s deputies say that Min has been arrested for possession of a controlled substance. After attending court Monday, deputies say Min became involved in an argument with her father at his home and took the child without permission.

Deputies believe Min may be en route to the St. Louis area. Janelle Min is a white female. Age 40. 5’5” 125 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes. Juhl Min is a four year old male. 3’10” and 50 pounds with blond hair blue eyes and wearing a striped shirt and blue jeans.
