This weekend's area calendar runs the gamut, with something for just about everyone.

Starting Friday, the Hannibal Early Bird Kiwanis hosts its spring Butterfly Pork Chop dinner from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Y-Men's Pavilion.

Friday night, the Hannibal Arts Council hosts "A Conversation with Helen Benzinger," a fundraiser for the Molly Brown Birthplace and Museum. Benzinger is the great-granddaughter of Hannibal's very own "unsinkable" Molly Brown. Tickets are $10 and the evening starts at 7 p.m.

Benzinger joins Ken and Lisa Marks for a book signing at the Hannibal History Museum Saturday from 10 a.m. until noon.

The 15th annual Bridge the Gap to Health race works it way through Quincy Saturday morning, with walkers and runners stepping off at 8 a.m.

The Ride Cool helmet safety event happens Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon at the Hannibal Clinic.

Alan Robertson, the beardless brother from the television series Duck Dynasty speaks at the Ray & Joan Kroc Community Center in Quincy Saturday at 6:30 p.m.

Quincy University's 152nd Commencement is Sunday beginning at 10:30 a.m. in Pepsi Arena on the QU campus.
