A recent flu outbreak results in Blessing Hospital in Quincy restricting visitors to the facility.

In a press release, Blessing officials ask that anyone under the age of 18 and anyone with flu-like symptoms not visit patients at Blessing.

The restriction reduces the risk of exposure to visitors and patients in the hospital.

Flu-like symptoms include a fever of 100 or higher, cough or sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, headaches or body aches, chills, fatigue, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.
