On Monday November 16th, 2015 a Quincy police officer was sent to 1340 N 5th apt 5 in regard to an ambulance call. Patrick Forbes (65 yoa) of 1340 N 5th apt 5 was found inside the residence suffering from injuries consistent with blunt force trauma.
