There is a delay in the start of late voting in Adams County. The Attorney General's office has filed a motion of stay with the 4th district appellate court. Adams County State's Attorney Jon Barnard says that motion has been granted. As a result voting will not occur on Monday until another ruling by the appleallate court. The additional late voting request is due to extensive ballot shortages in Adams County for the Illinois primary.
